I worked with two young boys who had been through a lot of trauma and were acting out and had never been disciplined and the family was having trouble finding a nanny. I applied and went thinking it can't be that bad, the first day I got bit, cussed at for anything I said, things thrown at me, and their school teacher yelled at me for not having them online in class. But I went back determined to help these kids. Within two weeks they had changed so much it was still rough but it was an obvious noticeable difference and the family was amazed and the boys actually started warming up to me and listening and being polite. I love seeing children grow and improve and learn.
