My experience with special needs children...

I had the rewarding opportunity to work as a nanny and English as a Second Language teacher for an 8-year-old Argentine girl with dyslexia for two years. During this time, I developed tailored teaching strategies that catered to her unique learning needs, helping her build confidence in her language skills. We engaged in interactive activities that made learning enjoyable, such as storytelling, games, and hands-on projects. Witnessing her progress and seeing the joy on her face as she overcame challenges was incredibly fulfilling. This experience not only deepened my understanding of diverse learning styles but also reinforced my commitment to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for every child I work with.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a nanny is when the children excitedly tell me how much they miss me and ask when I will return. I vividly remember a day when, after a fun art project, one of the kids ran up to me with a big smile, saying, "Can we do that again next time?"
