"Justina was a nanny for our daughter when she was ages 1-2. She would constantly engage my daughter by playing with her, reading to hear, singing to her, and taking her various activities. Justina is a self-starter and looked for activities for our daughter. Notably, other parents would tell us how wonderfully Justina treated our daughter. Justina was extremely attentive, easily recognizing when my daughter was hungry or tired, and meeting her needs. She was also very helpful with my daughter's meal prep, making sure she ate healthy meals and snacks. Justina taught our daughter to be kind and conscientious. For example, Justina helped her learn to clean up after herself, share with friends, say please and thank you, etc. We found Justina to be extremely trustworthy, responsible and punctual. She was never late and often showed up 5 minutes early. Justina is very passionate about being a nanny. It is clear that she treats all the kids she cares for as her own."

"Justina was like a family member to us. She lovingly cared for our two children. She never had a short temper even when they were misbehaving. She was able to follow our house rules and "parented" them the same as we did. She was fully focused on them when at home or for trips to the park, never using her work time to be on the phone or socializing with other nannies at the park. She took care of all their needs: baths, naps, meals, cleaning up after them, and engaging with them by playing and giving snuggles. When they were little, she was on the floor with them coloring or building blocks, etc...always deeply engaged. She was professional, kindhearted, and very punctual (in fact she was usually at work 10 mins early each day). Justina was a gift for us for the years we were lucky enough to have her.
