never worked with special needs but In high school I was always willing to help them and they loved being around me, I had one kid named Austin who wanted to always be with me and I treated him like a king, I do not discriminate and I am very patient. When I worked at Burger King I had a regular special needs customer and he wouldn’t get an order unless I was there taking it because I was the only one who could handle him.
