What matters to me about being a new actual nanny is making sure the parents and their children feel as comfortable as possible and to view me as a caring, patient person.
My experience with special needs children...
I have never cared for any special needs children but i do know that i will have full responsibility and make them feel very comfortable and learn from their disabilities to know what to do.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was taking care of 4 children on my own for a whole day at only 15 years old and i mostly took them out to restaurants and let them walk around the festival we had in town. Not really a funny moment but it was pretty sweet and memorable moment especially at a very young age.
