Something I am very proud of is my work as a Direct Line Therapist (DLT) or Behavioral Therapist practicing ABA last year. In this position I helped to change the harmful behaviors of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through in-person interaction and scientific data collection. 1. Directly engaging with children and their parents in the home setting

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the kiddos I used to care for had trouble socializing and making friends. He mentioned me at a doctor’s appointment, saying he felt he had finally found a best friend, and how he is always anticipating the next time he will see me. This brought tears to my eyes, as I strive to form these kinds of relationships, as well as these positive feelings and emotions within relationships!
