My goal is to go into childcare and childhood development because I love how the young mind works and want to facilitate a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn to be creative.
I’ve been babysitting since I was in high school, but have various work experiences with a range of ages in high school. I worked directly with the school district as an FFA officer to implement fun and interactive lesson plans for K-8 on the big idea of how food reaches your plate. I’ve also been more recently working with pre-K through fifth grade for my church children’s ministry. I love working with many age groups, and I’m willing to help out wherever I can with fun activities and crafts, making sure your kiddos are safe and taken care of.
These past couple of months I have worked with families in-home as their caregiver, but I’m looking for another family that might fit my schedule better. I am comfortable with most animals and don’t mind helping out with that as well!
