A little bit about me

Hi!

My name is Kailah. I am twenty-five years old and I live in Essex Junction, VT. I have a passion for working with kids and enjoy teaching and playing with them.

I have worked for one summer as a volunteer nanny for a family, back in 2019. I took care of five children, between one and nine years old. My main task was assisting them with homework and supervising play while the mom got her work done around the house.

I like to get my charges involved in projects like baking a dessert together, painting pictures, building Lego models, or experimenting with musical instruments as well as many other activities, as a constructive and fun way to engage them throughout the day.

I will work with the parents to fit and meet their needs and schedules, and to help create a constructive daily schedule for the children.

My other hobbies are writing Fiction, playing Piano and the Lyre, studying Japanese, and working towards getting my Ham Radio License.
