Hi! My name is Kailee, and I’m a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate caregiver with over 5 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I’m 19 years old, a high school graduate, and CPR certified, so your child’s safety is always a top priority. My experience includes 2 years as an in-home aide for a child with autism, where I provided personalized care, support with daily routines, and helped encourage growth in communication and independence. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an ABA facility, giving me strong skills in behavior support, patience, and creating structured, positive environments for children to thrive. I typically work Monday–Friday and am usually available after 6 PM, but I’m very flexible and willing to adjust my schedule to meet your family’s needs whenever possible. I also have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance—so I can assist with school pickups, activities, or errands if needed.
