Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I cared for two children five days a week for close to three years. I cared for a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old, both boys. I changed diapers and fed and bathed them and I did some basic cleaning and basic meal prep.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing make believe, having them help with small tasks or watching me cook, all playtime, I like to try going to get park once every week to get them out, watching shows or movies, I value and enjoy playing outside for sunlight (ofc there's always sunscreen involved).

The most important part about being a nanny...

I feel like the most important part about being a nanny is simply one on one and showing up. There comes a time for every nanny when things might be rough because the child was cranky and had nonstop tantrums, but even so being there and caring for the child and communication with them about their needs is important. All in all, its important to listen to a child make them feel heard and seen especially on the hard days.
