Is allowing the child to grow and learn about themselves, what they are good at, what they like to do, what they fear (and then working on overcoming that) A child grows and learns SO much in such a short period of time, it is so important to be that support when they need it most.

I don’t really have a specific favorite moment, my favorite moments come in time. When I start taking care of a child, and seeing how much they change and grow in a few short months. Example for steps learning how to speak more, learning how to read, excelling in their schoolwork, and overall being more confident in themselves.
