I have done countless hours of volunteer work with children. I have volunteered throughout different places in my church including the nursery, children's church, Vacation Bible School, the youth group, and mission trips locally, nationwide, and abroad. I have babysat for family, friends, and for payment several times as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love arts and crafts, especially on a rainy day. On sunny days, I love to be with children outside, running around and playing. I enjoy taking kiddos for ice cream runs, trips to the park, or on other fun outings like the zoo. I try to incorporate the children's ideas on what fun activities we could do. I think it's important to hear their creative ideas and let them decide what we could do for the day every once in a while.

The most important part about being a nanny is being trustworthy. Children mean more to parents than anything else in this world. And if parents find someone that they trust to leave their children with, that is so important. Being trustworthy is one of the best characteristics that someone could have. If parents find someone that they trust enough to put their children's safety in their hands and feel confident in their child's well-being with them, that means so much. I adore children. I genuinely want what is best for each and every child I come into contact with. I have a heart for children and I hold a high standard for myself for being a trustworthy person.
