My favorite nanny moment was being there to witness a toddler’s very first steps while their parents were at work. I immediately captured the moment on video so they wouldn't miss a thing, and seeing the pure excitement on the little one's face, and the overwhelming joy from Mom and Dad when I sent it, was unforgettable. Knowing I had built the kind of safe, encouraging space that helped them reach such a huge milestone was incredibly rewarding.
