More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
have over 9 years of professional childcare experience caring for children from newborns to teenagers.
I worked with the Olguin family for more than 5 years, caring for Amelia, Noah, and Lucy. During that time, I helped with daily routines, meal preparation, educational activities, transportation, outdoor play, and creating a safe, loving environment.
I also worked with the Jensen family for one year, caring for their two young daughters, who were 6 months and 1 year old. My responsibilities included infant care, bottle feeding, diaper changes, naps, developmental play, and maintaining a consistent daily routine.
I am currently working with the Flood family, where I have cared for their daughter, Coco, for nearly 2 years. I care for her every weekday, providing a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment while supporting her growth and development.
In addition, I have experience caring for children with special needs and developmental disabilities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping children active, engaged, and having fun. Some of my favorite activities include riding bikes, swimming, going to the park, reading books, arts and crafts, sensory play, music, dancing, puzzles, and age-appropriate educational games. I enjoy helping children explore, build confidence, and learn through play.
I am certified to supervise and swim safely with children, and I always prioritize safety while making sure they have a wonderful time. I also encourage outdoor activities, healthy routines, and positive social and emotional development.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is the opportunity to make a positive difference in a child's life. I truly love children. I was blessed to have one son, and being able to watch him grow has been the greatest joy of my life. That experience inspired me to care for other children with the same love, patience, and dedication.
Being part of a child's journey—watching them learn their first words, gain confidence, discover new things, and grow into kind, happy little people—is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that I can help create happy memories and provide a safe, loving environment is what fills my heart every day. For me, being a nanny is much more than a job; it's a privilege and a true passion.

My experience with special needs children...
also have experience working with children with special needs. I worked in Mexico City caring for children with developmental and special needs, and five years ago I worked one-on-one with a child on the autism spectrum. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, consistency, compassion, and adapting my caregiving approach to meet each child's unique needs. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every child can thrive.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments as a nanny are when children begin communicating with me in both English and Spanish. Many of the children I care for enjoy speaking Spanish with me, and it is incredibly rewarding to watch them learn new words, develop new skills, and become more confident.
I also treasure the relationships that continue even after I am no longer their nanny. I stay in touch with the families I have worked with, visit the children on their birthdays, and return every Christmas to give them a hug and a small gift. To me, being a nanny is not just a job—it means becoming an important and lasting part of a child’s life.
One of the most meaningful moments of my career was seeing a boy I once cared for graduate from high school with four associate degrees. During his graduation celebration, his family created a video thanking me for everything I had done for him and for their family. It was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable gifts I have ever received from a family I worked.
