I’ll talk to them about things, give positive advice, really just be there as a supporter for them which is all anyone really needs. I am 17 years old but i try to be more mature for my age. I have 3-4 years of working already and i already graduated from high school just this year(2024). Even though I dont have much experience I think this would be a great side hustle for me and honestly I’d be great for the job. Just should get to know the kid first and see things they like and don’t like. And just get to know them more overall.
