The most important part about being a nanny...
Keeping children safe, always updating parents on travels if I was instructed to take them to eat or what not. Making sure that children are behaving appropriately as their parents would expect them to.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a nephew and cousin who are on the spectrum severely, one has food allergies as well. I hangout with them, play in the ways that feel comfortable for them, pay attention to the specific things they require.
