Building a comfortable relationship with kids. I want them to trust that I’ll be there for them if they are having a rough day. Never worrying about my reaction to things going wrong or accidents. Being excited to see what fun activities we get to do together. I love being apart of their lives, but especially a happy part.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a lot of experience with special needs. I have taken care of special needs in my own family. And I also was a TA throughout highschool for our special needs class. I’m familiar with helping school wise especially or any developmental barriers that may come with it.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think it would have to be setting up the house to be a giant nerf gun battle zone! Turning down the lights and getting really active and into it!
