Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked as a daycare attendant, though since I don't have a degree I was only allowed alone once for an emergency. I still did all the work of a normal daycare attendant.
I also volunteered as an assistant teacher in my church for many years and ran a VBS classroom by myself a few times.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
A few indoor activities I enjoy are puzzles and checkers, as well as any other boardgames the kids might enjoy. Tea parties and super hero pretend games are great as well.
Outdoor, I've never enjoyed tag but happy to play for the children's sake. I do enjoy suggesting hide and seek, jump rope, or playing pretend and setting up a scavenger hunt so they can be explorers.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is the kids. They always come first in my eyes. I dont spoil them, but if they aren't having fun then what's the point? A nanny should be someone the kids can trust while their parents are away.
My experience with special needs children...
I have very limited experience with special needs children. I am happy to work with children of all kinds but I do not have any kind of degree and wouldn't be comfortable with heavily disabled children that need a trained professional.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is from 2 years ago when I was just a babysitter for the little boy next door. I just watched him for a few hours between him getting off the bus and his parents coming home. He was about 9 and I expected him to be heavy into video games and such, but he was very sweet and grounded in the real world. He gave me a painting of us and my dogs I had at the time and said he thought of me like a sister. It made me tear up after he left.
