Understanding.
When it comes to children, you have to me understanding through the good times and bad. It may sound cliche but there are no such thing as bad kids. You have to have an open mind going into any kind of relationship with a child whether it be a nanny or even an aunt!
I also believe it is important for the parents sake because they are trusting you with their little ones and that is no easy task for them! Schedules change often and last minute so as a nanny I think the most important part is understanding the needs of both parents and children. If you understand the wants and needs of each parent and child, I believe it makes the job easier
