Hello! I am a nanny with 15+ years experience with kids ranging from infants to 5+.

This is my nanny philosophy:

When you come into someone’s home as their nanny, you are essentially becoming a member of their family. It is so important to bond with the family as a whole, and build that connection of trust. As your nanny, I will do whatever I can to make sure your kids feel loved, valued, respected, happy and safe. I realize that these are your children and they mean more than the world to you, so I want to care for them exactly the way you want them to be cared for. I also think that communication is very important - if there is something I’m doing that you want me to do differently, I will do my best to do it the way you prefer, no questions asked! I believe that as a nanny and parents, we are a team, and we are all working towards the same goal together; to help these kids be the best little people they can be! :)
