I haven’t fully cared for a special needs child but I volunteered in the special needs classes in middle school and highschool.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Any time when I saw my nanny kids learn a new skill is memorable for me. Knowing that I am helping them learn and grow is such a rewarding feeling.
My full time nanny girls were flower girls in my wedding and helped welcome my daughter after she was born and I spent her first year nannying those same girls. Such a full circle thing!!
