A little bit about me

My passion for childcare began early-during high school, where every senior was paired with a kindergartener to mentor and support. Through daily check-ins and weekly lunches, I discovered how much I loved helping young minds learn and grow.
After graduation, I began working at a daycare, where I gained 4.5 years of hands-on experience with children of all ages. During my first year and a half, I rotated between classrooms to build experience with different ages before becoming the head teacher of the infant room. In that role, I developed valuable skills in infant care, early development, and creating a nurturing environment.
In January 2024, I transitioned into nannying for a family with two boys—an infant and a toddler. I fell in love with the one-on-one connection and personalized care that nannying allows. Since then, I’ve enjoyed building a strong relationship with that family, and now I’m excited to bring my experience, reliability, and passion for childcare to a new family.

Little kids are constantly watching you. I think the most important part is leading with example. Like Seeing me being kind to people or helping them pick up toys as a team. Encouraging them with goals and age appropriate tasks. Being reliable for them and a comfort.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have so many! The little boy I nannied for loves mowing the grass with his toy lawn mower. We were at a red light and he looked over at a church and said Trina I really need to mow that lawn it is WAY to long. We had a whole conversation about him mowing it and I it was just so sweet and funny. I also love the little moments of running to tell me something exciting in their life or changing their shirt to micky mouse because I’m wearing micky mouse. Watching them grow and accomplish things. So many good memories!
