My favorite moment as a nanny was watching the special needs infant I had in my care. It was during his therapy session and it was his first time he smiled and sat up on his own. I enjoyed watching his progress and seeing how hard he was working. And I know a huge part of that was the encouragement we gave him and the consistency in working with him
