Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have volunteered with infants at my church for over two years as well as I have helped raise my two younger siblings, my brother and sister and I have been watching friends children and been around children my entire life. Other possible related experience I have is caring for an elderly friend of mine who I started off cleaning for and ended up caring for in many other areas such as personal, household and daily tasks as she is wheel chair bound, has dementia and other serious medical needs. This has taught me so much and helped me learn patience, to be compassionate and sincere empathy. I have been with her for over 8 years. I also have two girls of my own, 3 and 13 yrs old. I have been a mostly stay at home mom with my 3 year old since she was born as well as being a homemaker.
