More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have extensive hands-on childcare experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age children within my family. I have provided daily care for multiple younger cousins and siblings, including feeding, bottle preparation, diaper changes, bathing, bedtime routines, and supervised play.
I also cared for a younger cousin with autism from approximately ages 1–4, supporting her with daily routines, personal care, emotional regulation, and understanding her specific needs, preferences, and sensitivities. This included maintaining a calm environment, following familiar routines, and ensuring her comfort and safety.
Additionally, I supervised her older sister from early childhood through elementary age, assisting with play, conversation, supervision, and age-appropriate activities. I have experience caring for multiple children at once and adapting my care style to each child’s personality and developmental stage.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as reading books, arts and crafts, imaginative play, puzzles, and educational games. I like helping with learning through play, including basic numbers, colors, and language.
I also enjoy outdoor activities like walks, playground time, and supervised free play. For younger children, I focus on routines, sensory play, music, and calm activities that support comfort and emotional regulation. I adapt activities based on each child’s age, interests, and individual needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is creating a safe, stable, and respectful environment where children feel secure and supported. I believe consistency, patience, and clear communication are essential, and I value building trust with both the child and the family. I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s child very seriously and aim to support each child’s emotional well-being while respecting routines and family values.
My experience with special needs children...
I have hands-on childcare experience caring for a young child with autism spectrum disorder from toddler age through early childhood. My responsibilities included feeding, diaper changes, bathing, maintaining consistent routines, and providing emotional support. I became familiar with her sensory sensitivities, comfort needs, and preferred foods and activities, and I adjusted my care to help her feel safe and regulated. I am patient, attentive, and comfortable adapting to each child’s individual needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments is seeing a child finally relax and feel comfortable around me, whether that’s falling asleep during a routine, laughing during playtime, or proudly showing me something they learned. Those small moments of trust and connection are what make childcare meaningful to me.
