"Kaylee has been a great caregiver for our son Silas from age 4 months to 2 years! She always knows of age appropriate activities, is very organized, and communicates clearly and frequently. She has watched him periodically as our sitter for many evenings and weekends when we needed additional childcare. She always checks in the day before to make sure the time we have scheduled is still accurate and that everything is according to plan. If there have been any unusual behaviors while she is watching our child she communicated with us to check in and make sure everything is ok. She follows our routines and even though our child is very attached to us, she always finds something to do with him that cheers him up when we leave. I highly recommend her as a caregiver."
