Hey friends! My name is Kayleigh, & I’m a freshman at the University of Oklahoma. I have such a love for littles and I love nannying! I began working in childcare as soon as I turned 16. I worked as a nursery teacher at Sweet Pea Childcare for two years, then used my experience to nanny! I’ve worked for three amazing families, who can provide references! I have my safe sleep certification, CPR for children and adults, as well as over 25+ hours of Early Childhood Education. I prioritize establishing routines, providing a healthy environment to grow and learn, and as a nutrition major, teaching littles that our food is important! (Especially those yummy veggies!) I have class from 9am-3pm, Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, I have a 2pm-2:59pm class, & then church on Sunday morning.

I was a teacher at Sweet Pea Childcare LLC. all through high school, & I have babysat on plenty of occasions. I have two younger sisters who I have helped raise and volunteer at my church's nursery!

I love coloring & reading; I'm currently learning sign language and LOVE teaching littles how to communicate! I'm very active and love nature walks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about taking care of littles is being a constant in their life. Being someone a child truly trusts and is secure around is incredibly important. Nannying/teaching is truly the most rewarding job. I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when the infant I nannied from the time she was 6 weeks old took her first steps. I truly watched her grow and she became my littlest best friend. Being able to witness her first steps, words, etc. has truly been such a highlight in my life. I totally cried like a baby after!
