I enjoy playing with play dough, helping with homework, and hide and seek in the dark with my nephews which are 4 and 5. They are super smart and like to talk about space and anatomy. They like to do experiments and help me bake.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Trust. There should be enough trust established between everyone involved. There need to be a huge trust between the parents and the nanny to take care of their child and do everything in their power to keep the child safe. Their needs to be trust between the nanny and the child so the child is comfortable being themselves and is able to play in a safe and welcoming environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One day I was helping a 5 year old boy with his homework the question was “draw what you would wear in the winter and summer” and it was split into two sides. He said “I don’t want to do this anymore.How am I supposed to know what to wear in the winter when we don’t have one here” I just thought it was funny because Louisiana’s winter is only like 24 hours.
