Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
After graduating high school I began as an assistant teacher with toddlers at a local preschool. After about a year I began working full time where I would provide support to the 3s-4s classrooms during the morning and work with the infants in the afternoon. After this, I became a lead teacher with the toddlers where I was responsible for lesson planning to develop pre-academic skills through play, music, art, and sensory based approaches. After graduating with my degree, I am currently working as a long-term substitute in fourth grade.
