More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over 3 years of experience as a lead teacher at a daycare. I started as an assistant teacher working in all classrooms from infant to school age. After meeting all state requirements, I became a lead teacher in a 2-3 year old classroom, then moved on to a 3-5 year old classroom. I have experience in lesson planning, leading many different types of activities, field trips, guiding behavior, and monitoring growth and development.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My favorite thing to do with children is teach them new things and watch them grow! I enjoy reading with them, working on math and science skills, arts and crafts, outdoor play, going for walks, and anything that involves helping them explore new concepts and activities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is being patient. When working with children, there can be a lot of stressful and overwhelming moments. Being able to remain in control of your emotions and share your calm with them is the best way to help children work through those big feelings.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for children with Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, and delayed language skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Some of my favorite moments working with children are those times where they say something totally unexpected. It’s a great feeling when they make you laugh without trying to, and your laughter makes them laugh.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Oshkosh, WI: Nevaeh A.
Hi! My name is Nevaeh, I'm 20 years old and currently attend college at UWO. I’ve been babysitting consistently since I was about 13 years old (ages 2-11). I love working with kids because they’re so fun and full of energy. 🧸
When I babysit, I enjoy playing games, making crafts, reading stories, and spending time outside. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids feel free to be themselves.
I would describe myself as patient, creative, and nurturing. I’m the kind of person who puts care and thought into everything I do—whether it’s planning an afternoon activity or making sure bedtime routines feel comforting. I value clear communication with parents and always aim to be someone families can count on.
I’m currently available full-time during the summer and am open to longer-term positions as well. While I’m not currently CPR certified, I was in the past and plan on updating my certification soon!
