A little bit about us
We are the Chambers, we are a mid-30’s married couple with 2 boys (4 & 2) and a girl arriving end of October ‘25. We don’t have family near us to assist for small things, especially with the baby coming soon, so finding a nanny would be amazing for us.
Ariel is a stay at home mom, and just needs someone to assist with the boys while she is tending to a newborn, and also helping with small things, like keeping the toy room area cleaned, or just actively engaging with the boys. They LOVE outdoors play, we have a large pond for fishing, and a large property, so finding someone who is up to chase the boys around outside is ideal. We allow VERY LIMITED screen time only with the 4 year old. No tablets, no random browsing, so we are NOT looking for an electronic babysitter. Engagement is key for us.
We are looking for part time, but occasionally may have some additional hours if you’d like.
There’s no additional responsibilities such as cooking or deep cleaning, we aren’t looking for a maid. We just need someone to assist with watching our the kids so mom can get that stuff done. Days to work will primarily be weekdays. If anything is needed on weekends/evenings it would be pre-planned, agreed upon and scheduled with the nanny well in advance.
We have a nice, clean and comfortable house with accommodations, so you will feel at home while helping us.
About us:
I am retired USMC and currently own a few businesses. My Wife was a corporate graphic designer prior to having our son, and now does free lance design from home. Which is difficult when there’s a baby that needs attention.
We are looking to fill 3-4 days a week 5 hours a day, could be more if you would like.
Requests: We would like a nanny who share our belief of actively engaging with our children. Our children are smart structured and well mannered. Our 4 year old is in pre-K during most of the time we are looking for, just need a little extra help is all.
Hours would be 8/9am - 1pm we are flexible
