A little bit about us
We are ideally looking for someone who could work well with a Queer family and understands the importance of identity, as we want for Andreas to be raised in a way that allows for him to let us know who he wants to be when he’s old enough to define it for himself. We also are looking for someone who can discipline a child without having to scream at the top of their lungs or get physical. We want someone who can help him socialize and try fun and creative activities, as he is currently nonverbal.
I work from home a good amount of the time, but lately I am out coworking and going to different work events throughout the week. Genie works mostly on the weekends, but is thinking of increasing their hours, so we are looking for someone who can be here about three times a week for 5 hours a day to help out (Tuesday-Thursday)
