I also wanted to share that I've been a caregiver for most of my life. As the oldest of five siblings, I was basically a second mom to them while they were growing up. It wasn't a formal job, but I was always the one making sure they were fed, helping with homework, and keeping them entertained. I learned a lot about patience, responsibility, and how to handle all sorts of kid-related situations. It's definitely shaped me into someone who is naturally nurturing and attentive, which I think would be a huge asset in caring for your little one.

I believe that the most important part of being a nanny is having fun and really getting to know the kids as individuals. Being patient and understanding their unique personalities and needs is key to creating a positive and supportive environment where they can thrive!
