More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been raised around a huge family where I always found myself getting volunteered to babysit my little cousins. I was always glad to do it!! I also had a course in high school where I had to volunteer for an hour every day of the week and I chose the local daycare in my town. I spent two years there as a volunteer. We watched children from ages newborn to three. I also ran mini cheer clinics through high school where I worked with pre-k through fourth graders.

I enjoy play time, reading, outdoor activities, helping with homework, crafts, and numerous other fun activities.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a 29 year old cousin named Jared who has down syndrome. He is the most amazing and lovable guy you will ever meet. We are extremely close and have spent our entire lives together. I’m also good buddies with one of my past coworkers named Dave. Dave also has down syndrome. I worked at a local restaurant with him in high school for three years. He is the funniest guy you will ever meet. I still talk to him and try to see him as much as I can.
