I am very passionate about what I do! I love to incorporate the Reggio Emilia philosophy which is child-centered in relationship-driven environments as well as planning, developing, age & needs appropriate activities which incorporate learning, life-skills, & independence along with fine & gross motor skills, language development and creativity within the arts! Also love going on outdoor adventures to explore and even stomp in puddles, the zoo, playgrounds, and even The Children's Museum.

My experience with special needs children...
I have an extensive background working with children of all ages, needs, and abilities. This also includes working and assisting with physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapies & therapists regarding short and long-term goals. Experience includes, but is not limited to, the autism spectrum, brain malformations, non-verbal, assisted mobility and transfer, kidney disorder, G-tube feedings, bolus feeds and medications, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Would be watching the kiddo, who was told she would never be mobile, go from army crawling, to scooting, to actively crawling and knowing that I helped her gain independence by facilitating opportunities for her through play and believing in her!
