The most important thing when it comes to being a nanny, babysitter, mom, or other is keeping the kids safe, making sure they feel loved, and can rely on someone when their parents have to work. Build the trust and don't break it, kids learn easy so teaching them right is verry important but I'd say keeping them safe is one of the biggest things to do.
