My name is Ja-Keiya Goddard, and I am a 23-year-old early childhood educator originally from the Bahamas. I moved to the United States when I was 14 and have been passionate about working with children ever since. My experience in education began in high school, where I interned in kindergarten through 5th-grade classrooms. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a teacher in a home daycare, caring for children ages 4 months to 3 years. Since 2024, I have been a Pre-K teacher at The Goddard School, where I create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children’s growth and development. I have earned over 30 professional childcare certificates, including CPR and First Aid certification, and I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child. I am currently seeking occasional babysitting opportunities and am available on weekdays from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and on weekends from 6:00 AM to 4:00 AM.
