A little bit about us

Looking to do a nanny share with another local family as a first time mom to our baby girl. She will be born in May of 2025 and I am hoping to start care around late September of 2025. I am a federal employee and am hoping to find someone to match my schedule of 7am-4pm roughly, with ending early on Fridays. I often work from home so I am hoping to find a nanny that loves to go to the library, tumbling classes and outdoors with the babies.

**The position is negotiable to some degree. We can also flex the hours you would work, such as, have M - W schedule instead of the M - F schedule. Start date is also negotiable.

Our baby will be over 6 months old when you begin with our family. Ideally, looking to share a nanny with one other family.

- Seeking a nanny for 25 hours per week (perhaps increased hours over time)
- We have no pets.
- It would be ideal to have a nanny who is CPR certified.
- Hopefully, you will have built a strong resume working with children under the age of 1 years of age.
- We will expect our nanny to keep our baby active. This would include but not be limited to music classes, nature walks, lots of playtime with limited amounts of screens, swim lessons, etc..
- While our baby naps we would like help with laundry, bottle and dish washing, meal prep for family and keeping our home tidy.
- Must have own transportation
- Non-smoker

What we are not seeking:
- We are not seeking a full time live in nanny. If you are a seeking a full time position we are not the family for you.

What you can expect from us:
- A virtual interview
- Background check
- Us asking for references (we will be calling your references)

Happy to connect with anyone that meets our position requirements.

A little bit about us

Our sweet 19 month old boy is looking for a loving nanny who can help him learn and grow. Ben is funny, clever, outgoing, and constantly changing. His best friend is our puggle, Howard. Howie does go on walks every 4-5 hours but he doesn't need much and it's easy to handle the two of them together. We don't plan on having any more children, so we'd really like him to go to library story time, play dates, playgrounds, etc. We get a meal delivery service for him so meal prep isn't too extensive. I work Monday and Tuesday [phone number hidden], Wednesday [phone number hidden], and Thursday [phone number hidden]. My commute is about 20 minutes away. We'd like the option for coverage on Friday as well for a few hours, but this is negotiable. My husband works night shift and his schedule varies from week to week. We're so looking forward to hearing from you!
