As a Lead Teacher at ABC Happy Kids Daycare, I cared for and led activities for up to 30 children, focusing on their safety, wellness, and development while building strong relationships with families. I also worked as a Duty Relief Aide with Rogers Public Schools, where I supervised students, supported teachers, and guided children with emotional and learning needs in a structured environment. Most recently, I served as Cook & Support Staff at My Other Mother Daycare, where I helped prepare meals for more than 60 children, assisted in classrooms, and supported daily parent communication. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging spaces for children of all ages.
