More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My first job was working with children in a local gym daycare, and since then I have dedicated my career to caring for and supporting both typically developing children and children with disabilities. I have over 10 years of childcare experience in a variety of settings. Most recently, I worked as a nanny for two boys, ages 2 and 6, and had the privilege of being part of their lives for the past six years. Currently I work as a Behavioral Technician for an ABA company, where I support children. I enjoy spending time outdoors with children, whether that means trips to the park, nature walks, or exploring the world around us. I believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences, and I strive to create opportunities for growth, creativity, and fun every day. Building meaningful relationships with children and their families and helping children learn, grow, and thrive has always been the most rewarding part of my work.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors. Outside, I love taking children to parks, going on nature walks, exploring playgrounds, doing scavenger hunts, sidewalk chalk, water play, and finding little treasures in nature. Inside, I enjoy arts and crafts, sensory activities, reading, baking, building forts, imaginative play, educational games, puzzles, and helping encourage creativity and independence. My goal is to create a safe, active, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and have fun.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Building trust with both children and parents, encouraging growth and independence, and creating meaningful memories through everyday moments are what I value most. I strive to provide consistency, patience, and care while helping children learn, explore, and feel confident.
My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience working with children and adults with disabilities in both caregiving and behavioral support settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and daily living needs while focusing on patience, consistency, and individualized care. I currently work as a Behavioral Technician for an ABA company, where I help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills. My goal is always to create a supportive, encouraging environment where each individual feels safe, understood, and empowered to succeed.

Hello, my name is Tina and I have substantial experience being around children. I have little cousins and nieces and nephews, and I have taken care of all of them at some point in their lives. My experience ranges from as little as 3 months old to as old as 13 years old. I love kids and hope to impart a positive experience on their growing up. I hope you can choose and trust me with your little ones with great faith. I grew up playing instruments in a school orchestra, and have many hobbies to date. I can cook, bake, sew, and play the ukulele. I pick up hobbies quickly, and am always in the mood to play. However, I can be serious when I need to be, so that is not a problem. I hope to collaborate well with the parents in raising your kids to be excellent humans. If that sounds of interest to you, please message me and we can talk! Cheers.
