The most important part about being a nanny...
Providing a loving, calm, and fun environment for children to learn and grow as the little person they are. The world is chaotic, and can be unkind and ugly, and i take pride in building up a child's confidence in self, so they can be prepared to take on any challenge that life may throw their way. To provide care to a degree a family never wants me to leave even after the child has aged out of needing a nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with toddler-adolescent age children with ARFID, ADHD, and Autism diagnosis.
I also have experience with cleft lip in infants to toddlerhood.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny to a little girl born through IVF. Being able to support her mom the through a wildly turbulent pregnancy, and then being able to step up when we learned that little girl would be born with a bilateral cleft and lip palette deficiency. The day we found that out i purchased many books on infants with cleft lip, and watched many youtube videos. Making it my mission to be the person my employer could count on while providing this little girl with all the love and care that she deserves. She is still my little best friend, we FaceTime weekly, and unashamedly when i pop by for visits, she could care leas about her parents and brothers, because miss kelly is here. I am very proud of knowing she loves me that much because of the nanny i was to her.
