The most important thing is giving your 100 percent undivided care to a child/children in which you are caring for the whole child, physically, spiritually and emotionally. You have to be dedicated to care for that child/children with your own life if need arises. You need to have open communication with the parents on how best to care for their children. You must be able to align with a family on morals and principals so that you can better care for the child.
