I have been a full-time nanny for the last 4 years. Most recently, I worked with a family for 2 years, which included one child who was just shy of two years old when I started. Before that, I worked with a family for 2 years, which included two children who were three months old and three years old when I started. Additionally, I have experience working at Bright Horizons as an Assistant Toddler Teacher, as well as numerous babysitting positions.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I believe in helping children explore the world around them. I would rather have them outside or participating in hands on activities than sitting in front of a screen. I enjoy taking them for walks, going to the park, exploring the library, letting them help in the kitchen and finding other age related activities that can aid in their socialization with other children their age.

My favorite moments are helping children hit milestones that are exciting for them. In my most recent position, I was able to guide her through potty training - achieving success. It's rewarding to see their excitement once they complete something so important to them and also play a role in helping them do that.
