The most important part of being a nanny is to make the kids happy, and to make the parents lives easier. Making the kids happy doesn't always mean giving them everything the want, and it means talking to them when they do something wrong, it's about helping learn to be a better version of themselves, even if they are too young to realize it yet.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments was when I was babysitting my bosses kids and we were watching movies and the youngest one crawled up and snuggled into me and she fell asleep. It was so adorable.
