More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I used to volunteer at salvation army for the children and the elderly. I passed out food and made bags of food and school stuff for the children.
I also started babysitting when I was between 9-11.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love arts and crafts and playing board games and educational games.
Playing outside at the playground mainly the swings slides and the marigoround just about anything really haha they really know how to get all your energy

The most important part about being a nanny...

Love and care, compassion and kindness, being patient. Just anything that has to with support and kindness towards a child. Slow to anger and quick to explain, get overstanding. Basically just a good structure and balance

My experience with special needs children...

I have not cared for a special needs child really I've dealt with or been around but not actually cared for myself. I have cared for older people with special needs. It can be challenging but I don't believe it's hard you just have to be patient and realize that your both learning each other and eventually you'll know their likes and dislikes, what makes them comfortable and uncomfortable

The most important part about being a nanny...

This was really touching because he wasn't one of my children that I took care of but I was there for him and made sure that he was loved and didn't have to do everything by himself. He stayed up under me always wanting to cuddle and just viewed me as his friend. He was very sweet and didn't want to see me go
