Those boys are still my heart, Titus is non-verbal. I call him and his brother snookums. I would say "snookums it's time for lunch," "snookums let's go outside." One day I look at Titus and I said call your
brother and he turn to teo who was already walking twords us and he said "snookums " my heart melted and teo smiled.
To be able to meet children where they are at feels like completing a puzzle. To be able to gadge what the needs and want are is very special. Something I think angles are whispering to me just to make sure that child gets what he needs. It's an amazing journey.
