I have several years of experience working with families in babysitting, nanny, daycare, and preschool settings. I’m a hands-on, active nanny who believes in teaching through fun, arts, crafts, and creating experiences that make life enjoyable while fostering growth.

In addition to my nanny experience, I was a social worker for several years, which deepened my understanding of diverse family backgrounds and special circumstances. This role taught me patience, empathy, and understanding, which I bring to my work with children and families.

As a mother of premature triplets, I understand the importance of nutrition, care, guidance, and being there for children. My triplets are now healthy adults, and I take pride in the care I provided. I’ve always been more than just a caregiver—I’ve been part of the families I’ve worked with.

Semi-retired professional, mother of 22-year-old triplets (BGB), with decades of experience supporting children and families in childcare, preschool programs, social services, and hospitality. I stayed home to raise my premature kiddos, creating a hands-on, positive, and fun environment filled with arts, crafts, outings, and everyday learning. I have also cared for infants and toddlers as a nanny, in preschool settings, ran and operated an in-home daycare program, and worked with children in schools, camps, and community settings. As a former social worker, I understand children’s needs, can read moods, redirect behavior effectively, and handle challenging situations calmly. Known for my energy, positivity, and laid-back, approachable personality, I love creating safe, happy, and enriching spaces where children can explore, learn, and grow, while having fun and feeling valued every day.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Trips to the beach, walks, arts and crafts, rides in my golf cart, and finding little ways to make every day exciting and new. Dancing in the kitchen to music, going on nature walks, visiting museums, coming up with simple games, cooking together, reading together—I always try to come up with age-appropriate activities and ideas to make every day fun, exciting, and a new learning experience, while becoming a trusted part of the family.

I have a lot of favorites, but I think one moment that really tugs on my heartstrings…
Was in my late 20’s after I got married and was moving and I was preparing to open up my own in-home childcare center, I had to say goodbye to the family I worked for 3 years in La Jolla, CA and was apart of their family. I trained their new nanny and I warned them about her, I had a very uneasy feeling and they thought it was just that I didn’t think anyone was going to be good enough for the boys. I got a call one night desperate for me to come back because they had found out the new nanny was collecting her pay, she was then dropping the boys off at a daycare center, and not working at all. Absolutely Horrible! Long story short, I suggested they hire my mom. My mom knew the boys very well because we had done a lot of things together over the years. They hired her! My mom was their granny nanny and a potential horrible situation became an absolute happy ending, and we all got to stay in touch.
