My experience with special needs children...
ADHD . Sadly I do not very much experience in caring for kids with special needs. But I have been a manager for people to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. And as a manager I try to do anything I can to help make there day at work easier and would talk with many of them if things got overwhelming and help them calm down and set up a Game plan
The most important part about being a nanny...
It was being a youth leader for my church I was helping with the Christmas play and I was playing a shepherd and I was helping 2 4 years who were playing sleep. I formed a really good connection with them. They were then both doing the churches VBS and I able to be the leader 2 both them again. And one of them become sort of my friend and I would give her rides on my shoulders and let her sit on my lap in the church Services
