I want to make the world a better place and that starts with one child at a time. I love helping children grow to be self aware, emotionally aware, kind, creative, become critical thinkers, problem solvers, good communicators, well behaved, and to be able to have fun!
My experience with special needs children...
Over the last year I have cared for a non-verbal autistic four year old. Though I do not have professional training, I have relevant hands on experience. I take initiative by researching on my off hours and applying what I have learned. We're in this together! I have also attended classes to observe and learn more about this particular child from their school.
The most important part about being a nanny...
