More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes several years of consistent babysitting throughout college, where I supported two children through key developmental stages, helped with homework, and maintained a safe, structured environment. I regularly picked them up from football and ballet practices, helped manage after-school routines, and ran errands for the family, ensuring their days stayed organized and stress-free. I took pride in being a dependable presence and built a strong, lasting relationship with both the children and their family based on trust and communication.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include staying active and spending time outdoors, as I played sports in both high school and college and love encouraging movement, teamwork, and healthy habits. I also have a strong passion for teaching and genuinely enjoy helping with homework and learning new concepts together. With my background and interest in tech — including my time at Apple — I’m very tech-savvy and can easily keep up with video games, devices, and anything tech-related, whether that means learning alongside them or helping troubleshoot when needed.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is making sure children are truly heard and taken seriously. I believe it’s a disservice to treat kids as “just children” rather than young individuals who are still figuring out who they are. Many of their experiences are brand new, and what may seem small to an adult can feel very big to them. Taking the time to listen, validate their feelings, and meet them where they are helps children feel seen, respected, and confident, and that trust is the foundation of a strong, healthy relationship.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is the relationship I still have with the kids long after I stopped working for their family. They truly looked up to me and trusted my opinions, which allowed me to be very involved in their college selection and application process. It means so much to me that even after more than six years, they still feel comfortable calling me for advice and support. Knowing they see me as someone they can always count on is incredibly rewarding and exactly why I love working with children.

Mom of a 6 year old boy & an auntie of many.
I’ve worked in child care focused on motor skills, lesson planning, etc. so I don’t necessarily believe in sitting children in front of a tv with animal videos. Very hands on with my teaching. I would love to get back to that because a wise woman once said “ I believe the children are future..”.
